Salix Estates was invited to create a bespoke family home in this unique heath-side location. We were able to seamlessly combine practical family living with the request for a one-off sustainable home making the most of far-reaching views of Poole harbour and beyond.

Clad with sustainably sourced larch timber in order to be sensitive to the surrounding Upton Heathland, once the natural building materials have had opportunity to weather and silver, the dwelling will camouflage in to the surrounding landscape.

Broadstone

Salix Estates undertook the conversion and extensive refurbishment of a dilapidated House of Multiple Occupancy into a 4-bedroom high-quality family home, situated within walking distance of the heart of the sought after centre of Broadstone. This early 19th century property was restored to its former splendour whilst also making the most of the space to enable modern family living.

​Whilst the conversion and renovation works were underway, Salix Estates were successful in obtaining planning consent for the erection of a 3-bedroom town house. In doing so, the potential of the existing developed ‘brownfield’ site was unlocked and an additional much needed family home was provided.
