Salix Estates undertook the conversion and extensive refurbishment of a dilapidated House of Multiple Occupancy into a 4-bedroom high-quality family home, situated within walking distance of the heart of the sought after centre of Broadstone. This early 19th century property was restored to its former splendour whilst also making the most of the space to enable modern family living.
Whilst the conversion and renovation works were underway, Salix Estates were successful in obtaining planning consent for the erection of a 3-bedroom town house. In doing so, the potential of the existing developed ‘brownfield’ site was unlocked and an additional much needed family home was provided.
